What are you reading this week?
By Elena Nola on January 22, 2013
I just got my copy of Imager’s Batallion, the 6th book in L. E. Modesitt’s series. The package might as well have come with a birthday card from Tor. Happy Moff Elena, indeed!
I also picked up a copy of the new Nine Kingdoms book (#7), Dreamspinner, by Lynn Kurland yesterday. That one is the start of a new arc, going back to a character who ended the first trilogy as a casualty (lost his magic).
I cracked Batallion right away and promptly realized I needed to re-read the last battle of the campaign in the previous book before I go further…love that Modesitt isn’t recapping but referencing the prior book, but it does mean some prep work!
So what new books do y’all have to read this week?
