News - Jay Lake’s intro to Template by Matthew Hughes Online
November 4th, 2008 by Jay | Filed under Book, News, Science Fiction.
I really love the fiction of Matthew Hughes so I’m glad he gave me a heads up that the introduction to his novel Template is now posted online. The intro was written by another talented chap, Jay Lake, a Campbell Award winning and World Fantasy and Hugo Award nominated author.
Check out Lake’s intro at Archonate.com.
I’m a huge fan of the Archonate work by Hughes (I think The Spiral Labyrinth is one of the real nice SF novels of the last few years - go read the Majestrum first though!) and Template was published this year by PS Publishing.
Earlier this year we also carried the exclusive excerpt (first chapter!) to Template so check that out to!
Not really the usual type of news item we do but call it executive privilege as I have dissolved the council permanently. The last remnants of the Old Republic have been swept away
